The 'DIET COKE' MOVIE BREAK' competition runs from the period of Monday 28th April - Friday 20th June 2008. During this period there will be eight separate competitions producing eight separate winners which will be selected at random from those entrants correctly answering the three questions each Friday at 11.05am.
The closing dates for entries to each of the online competitions will be at 11am on:

Entrants must be available and agree to view the film at their nearest local cinema showing the film between Friday 20th June and the last public performance of the film at the cinema on Monday 23rd June. The cost of viewing the film will be met by Galaxy. Cinema tickets will be arranged for each winner’s nearest cinema showing the film each week
Winners will be notified on the Friday of selection.
In order to be eligible to enter the competition, the following additional terms and conditions apply: -
Entrants must agree to be contacted by the radio station and record their review via telephone on the Tuesday immediately following the viewing of the film.
No person may win more than one prize during the “DIET COKE MOVIE BREAK” Competition and entries from previous winners will be excluded.

This form relates to the release of your rights in your film review (the “Review”) as part of winning the Diet Coke Movie Break Competition (the “Competition”). Please read these terms carefully. By ticking the Release of Rights tick box at the end of the quiz you are agreeing to both the Competition terms and the terms contained in this Release of Rights.

What is a Release of Rights?
By agreeing the terms of this Release of Rights you agree that you will give Galaxy your permission to use your image, voice or other materials that you have contributed towards the Review, in any format that we may choose for the purpose of the Competition and in any related marketing or publicity materials provided by Global including permission to record and broadcast the Review online at the website of Galaxy.

Terms of Release of Rights
I confirm that I give the consents, permissions and acknowledgements set out below:
I hereby grant permission for Galaxy to record the Review for the purposes of the Competition in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Release of Rights.
I confirm that by taking part in the Competition I have given my consent to the use of the recording of the Review to Global for the purposes of the Competition and including any related publicity on broadcast by Global.
I acknowledge that Global owns all the intellectual property rights in the Review. I undertake that should I own any intellectual property rights in my contribution to the Review I will assign absolutely the intellectual property rights in my contribution on terms drafted by Global. I agree that by assigning any rights I may have in the Review I will cease to have any rights in my contribution to the Review.
I confirm that I will waive my so-called “moral rights” in my contribution to the Review and any rights under section 77 and section 80 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988, or any comparable legislation in any country, as I may have or acquire in relation to the Review and will grant Global consent under Part II of the Copyright Designs Patents Act 1988, or any comparable legislation in my country, to make the fullest possible use of my contribution in the Review. I agree to procure that any owner of any moral rights in the Review shall do so likewise.
I agree that Global can decide how my name, likeness, biography, photographs, voice or contribution to the Review is used in the future, and can use my contribution without making future contact with me.
Global agree that they will never knowingly use an image or a voice that could be considered offensive or insulting and that they will not give my contribution to the Review, image or voice to any third parties who they consider may use it in manner which may be offensive or insulting, or use the materials to incite insulting debates or behaviour.
I agree that Global will not be liable to me or my personal representatives for any loss or damage or injury to me or my property caused or suffered in connection with Global’s use of my contribution to the Review or my name, likeness, biography, photographs, image or voice unless caused by negligence and I will indemnify Global accordingly.
The consents and permissions granted and acknowledgements given by me in this document are for the benefit of Global, its licensees and assignees, subsidiaries, partners and associates.
I confirm that I have read and understood this Release of Rights and agree to be bound by them.
I consent to the use and storage of my personal details by Global for any purposes related to the Review or for publicity.
In the event of a dispute regarding anything in this Release of Rights, I agree that English law will apply and I agree to bring or defend any claims through the English Courts
only.
